POSTER SESSION
October 19, 2011 - 9:45 to 10:30 am
New for the 2011, we are offering delegates the opportunity to participate in a POSTER SESSION at the conference
A poster session is graphical presentation that allows the presenter to visually display their program or research through displaying photos, graphs, diagrams and text on a poster board. The presenter then may have an open discussion with the attendees of the session, which will have the opportunity to circulate amongst the presenter’s displays.
Those interested in participating will be asked to submit an Abstract (outlining the content of the poster presentation). There is no cost to participate. However, poster session presenters are responsible for covering all of their own costs and must register for the conference. Poster session presenters will be based on how their presentations fit in with the overall content of the conference.
NOTE: This session is for government, education and community not-for-profit agencies. Commercial or for-profit agencies wanting to participate in the conference should apply to participate in the TAGS Trade Show on October 18, 2011.
For more information on how to participate in the poster session, please contact the conference organizers.
The deadline for submissions for a poster session is September 22, 2011
